The project

Beautiful products already existed. The online journey needed structure.

Flowers Bouquet By Anna creates handmade floral gifts including soap flower bouquets, preserved arrangements, wedding and christening candles, corsages, car floral arrangements and personalised gift boxes.

The business already had products worth showing. The challenge was giving potential customers one professional place where they could understand the offer, browse examples and know exactly how to make an enquiry.

01

Social posts did not provide one clear picture of the business.

Social media is useful for showing individual products, but visitors may still need to browse through many posts to understand what is available, how custom orders work and how to get in touch.

The business needed a permanent online destination that could be shared anywhere.

02

Make the offer understandable before the customer starts a conversation.

The website needed to present the business professionally while still keeping the buying journey personal.

  • Show the main product categories
  • Use real product photography
  • Support English and Romanian visitors
  • Explain personalised orders
  • Make contacting the business easy
03

A focused bilingual website built around product discovery and enquiry.

The final site guides visitors from the business introduction, through product categories and real examples, into an explanation of the ordering process.

Clear WhatsApp calls to action then turn interest into a direct conversation with the business.

A deliberate decision

Selling products did not automatically mean building e-commerce.

Many of the products are personalised. A customer may need to discuss colours, occasion, style, budget and availability before placing an order.

A full shopping cart and checkout system would have added complexity without necessarily improving that process.

Chosen approach Website discovery → product inspiration → WhatsApp conversation

The technology was therefore kept simple and built around the way the business actually handles custom orders.

What was built

Every section has a job to do.

Instead of filling the page with generic content, the website was structured around the questions a potential customer is likely to have.

01

Clear first impression

The homepage quickly establishes what the business creates and the type of handmade products customers can order.

02

Product categories

Products are organised into clear sections instead of requiring customers to discover the complete offer through separate social posts.

03

Real product gallery

Real examples show the quality and variety of previous work, helping potential customers understand what can be created.

04

Bilingual experience

English and Romanian content helps the business communicate clearly with both audiences.

05

Custom order guidance

Visitors are shown how personalised orders work before they contact the business.

06

Direct enquiry route

WhatsApp provides a natural next step for products that usually require a conversation before ordering.

Customer journey

From first visit to enquiry.

01 Discover

Understand what the business offers.

02 Explore

Browse products and previous work.

03 Understand

Learn how custom orders work.

04 Enquire

Continue the conversation on WhatsApp.

Business value

More than a collection of attractive pages.

Without inventing metrics that have not been measured, the value of the project can be seen in the business capabilities the website now provides.

01

One professional destination

The business has one clear website link that can be shared through social profiles, messages and customer conversations.

02

Easier product discovery

Customers can understand the range of available products without searching through scattered posts.

03

Better-prepared enquiries

The website can answer basic questions before a customer begins a custom-order conversation.

04

Broader accessibility

Bilingual content supports both English and Romanian-speaking potential customers.

Project principle

Right-sized software beats unnecessary complexity.

The goal was not to build the most technically complicated website possible. It was to build the simplest website that supported the way the business actually sells.

Your business might not need a complicated website either.

If you need a professional website that explains what you do, builds trust and gives customers a clear way to contact you, tell me about the business and what currently is not working.
